Free potluck sign-up sheet: one link, every guest claims a dish

The best potluck tables have a little of everything, not four pies and no potatoes. Make one link, drop it in the group chat, and your guests tap to say what they are bringing. Everyone sees what is covered and what is still needed. No accounts for you or your guests.

1. Your event

How it works

  1. Pick the occasion and how many are coming. We suggest a list; change anything.
  2. Create the link and paste it in your group chat or text.
  3. Each guest taps it, picks something still needed and adds their first name. Everyone sees the list update.
  4. Keep your host link to rename rows, change numbers or remove a name. Print the list for the fridge if you like.

Quick answers

Do my guests need an app or an account?

No. Nobody signs up for anything, you included. Guests tap the link, type a first name and pick something that is still needed. It works in any phone browser.

How many dishes should I ask for?

We start from our potluck rules: about one side for every three or four guests, a salad or vegetable (two for 12 or more), bread, one dessert for every six to eight guests, and one or two people on drinks and ice. Change any number before you make the link, and change it later from your host link.

Who can see the names, and how long is it kept?

Anyone with the guest link can see the first names and dishes on it, so share it only with your group. We do not ask for email addresses or phone numbers. The sheet is deleted 30 days after the event, or 60 days after you made it if you leave the date empty.

Keep the whole party in one place
