Keep the list for next year
The labels get this year's cards out the door. The card list spreadsheet keeps every address, who sent one back and who moved, so next December starts with the list already done.

Christmas card label questions
What labels do I buy?
Any US Letter sheet of 30 address labels, 1 x 2-5/8 inches, three across and ten down. That is the most common address label size, sold as Avery 5160, 8160, 18160 and 5260, and by most store brands under the same numbers. Check the package for 30 labels per sheet and 1" x 2-5/8".
How do I get the labels to line up?
In the print window set Scale to 100% (or Actual size), Margins to None or Default, and turn off headers and footers. Print one page on plain paper first and hold it against a label sheet up to a window. If everything sits a little low or to one side, check that the scale really is 100%.
Can I paste from a spreadsheet?
Yes. Copy the rows straight from Excel or Google Sheets, with the name in the first column and the address in the columns after it. If the last three columns are city, state and ZIP, the maker joins them into one line for you. A header row is skipped.
I already used some labels on this sheet. Can I start further down?
Yes. Set Start on label to the first empty label (they count across, then down: the top row is 1, 2 and 3) and the maker leaves the used ones blank.
How should I address a Christmas card to a family?
"The Rivera Family" or "The Riveras" (no apostrophe) on the first line, then the street, then the city, state and ZIP. For a couple, "Sam and Priya Shah". Capitals are optional; the post office reads either.
Does this save my address list?
No. Everything happens in your browser and nothing is stored or sent. Download the list as a CSV to keep it for next year, or keep it in a card list spreadsheet.
