Secret Santa & White Elephant Kit

Run your whole gift swap from one spreadsheet: draw names so nobody gets themselves, keep couples apart, track what everyone spends, collect wish lists, run the white elephant game and tick off every step to reveal day. WHAT YOU GET • Name draw for up to 30 people: everyone gives one gift and gets one, nobody draws themselves, and every row is checked • Couples and housemates kept apart: list who should not draw each other • Print-and-cut slips with each person's match, the gift limit, the swap date and a wish • Wish list tab: top three wishes, sizes, favorites, allergies and anything to avoid • Gift spending tracker: a limit for each person, price, tax and shipping, wrapping, and Under / At / Over limit flags, plus ordered and wrapped progress • White elephant game day tab: a shuffled turn order, a gift list and a steal counter that locks a gift at your steal limit • Reveal-day checklist: 23 steps with due dates counted back from your event date, plus overdue flags • A Setup tab to type your event date, gift limit and names once HOW IT WORKS 1. Type the event date, gift limit and everyone's names on Setup. 2. Open the Draw tab. It says All good when no rule is broken. Change the draw code to reshuffle. 3. Print the slips, track spending and wish lists, and run the white elephant game on the day. FEATURES • The draw runs on formulas, not random numbers, so it never changes by itself • If a rule cannot be met, the Draw tab tells you what to change • Hide matches on screen if you are playing too (a screen setting, not a password) • Works for office, family, friends and remote exchanges • Works in any currency • Example file included so you can see a finished swap WORKS WITH: Microsoft Excel (desktop or 365) and LibreOffice. Ordinary formulas only: no macros, no add-ins.
