This spreadsheet puts up to eight venues side by side and works out each one's true all-in cost at your guest count, so you can compare them fairly and choose with confidence. Type your date, guest count and venue budget on Settings, and name your must-haves. 2. Add each venue's quote and details on Venues as you tour. 3. Check True Cost and the Dashboard to see every venue's real total, score and rank.
