The final dance ends. The decor still needs a way home. Give helpers one practical plan for what goes in each box, which room to sweep, and what still needs returning. WHAT YOU GET One ZIP download with three files: - Pack-Down.html: a self-contained offline tool with a blank start, a built-in fictional sample and a five-step illustrated guide - Fictional-Sample.json: an editable practice backup you can open in the tool - START-HERE.txt: a plain-text quick start WHAT IT DOES Track up to 80 decor item lines, marked as owned, rented or borrowed. Record piece quantities, rooms, box IDs, helpers, return destinations and due dates. Expected, packed and returned are separate counts, so partial returns and missing pieces stay visible. Tick a room off after the final sweep. Print a handoff checklist and one label per box ID; mixed destinations are flagged before handoff. HOW TO USE Extract the ZIP and open Pack-Down.html in a current desktop browser such as Chrome, Safari or Edge. No account, subscription or internet connection is needed. Your plan autosaves in the browser when storage is available; save a JSON backup every session, because browser storage can be cleared. GOOD TO KNOW This is an organization aid, not a spreadsheet or an installed app. There is no cloud sharing, syncing, reminders or automatic returns; use one master plan, since separate copies do not sync. We checked the tool offline in a desktop browser, including saving and restoring a JSON backup and printing to A4. Phone and tablet file opening, downloads and printing vary by device and were not tested; desktop is recommended. Dates 2020-2100; whole-piece counts only.
