Skiing with a group? Split lift tickets by days skied, keep the gear reservations and the day-by-day schedule straight, and see exactly who owes whom, down to the cent. WHAT YOU GET • Settings tab for up to 12 skiers with fixed IDs P01 to P12, so duplicate first names never get mixed up • Ski Days tab: enter each skier's days, and the Days split divides a bill by days times share weight • Expenses tab for up to 150 shared bills with Equal, Custom or Days splits (a weight of 0 leaves a skier out) • Shares and Weights tabs that work out each share to the exact cent, with every cent accounted for • Repayments tab for up to 100 payments already sent, plus a Dashboard with who pays and who receives • Ski Schedule tab with 50 rows for times, plans, meeting points, owners and bookings • Gear Bookings tab with 50 rows for rental quotes, deposits paid, pickup and return times and a balance estimate HOW IT WORKS 1. Open Sample.xlsx to see an 8-skier weekend with 12 shared bills. 2. Open Blank.xlsx, save your own copy and type names on Settings. 3. Enter each skier's days on Ski Days and use the Days split for lift tickets. 4. Track the schedule and gear on their tabs, and read Pay or Receive on the Dashboard.
