Planning a getaway with friends or family? Keep every shared bill, every repayment, the itinerary and the packing list in one spreadsheet, and see exactly who owes whom, down to the cent. WHAT YOU GET • Settings tab for up to 12 guests with fixed IDs P01 to P12, so duplicate first names never get mixed up • Expenses tab for up to 150 shared bills: who paid, the amount, and an Equal or Custom split (a weight of 0 leaves a guest out) • Shares and Weights tabs that work out each guest's share to the exact cent, with every cent accounted for • Repayments tab for up to 100 payments already sent, so balances update as people settle up • Dashboard showing what each guest paid, owes or should receive, plus a check that the totals reconcile • Itinerary tab with 50 rows for days, times, plans, owners and booking notes • Packing tab with 50 rows for shared items and tasks, owners, quantities and a Packed? column HOW IT WORKS 1. Open Sample.xlsx to see an 8-guest cabin weekend with 12 shared bills. 2. Open Blank.xlsx, save your own copy and type your guests' names on Settings. 3. Add each bill on Expenses, choose Equal or Custom, and record repayments as they happen. 4. Check the Dashboard: Pay and Receive tell everyone where they stand.
